Return Policy?

All sales are final for all items, especially clothing. We hand make each item with care specifically for your order, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before submitting, and feel free to contact us with any questions you might have prior to placing your order. 

If you encounter any shipping-related issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are here to help resolve any concerns you may have.

Why does my clothing item look different from others?

Each of our products is handmade to order, ensuring a unique piece just for you. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in design, texture, and color may occur, making each piece distinctively one-of-a-kind.

How to wash my clothing items?

For machine washing, opt for cold water, a mild detergent, and run a delicate cycle. Skip any harsh additives like bleach and brighteners. Turn the embroidered item inside out before washing. We don't recommend machine washing anything with metal zippers as they can snag the embroidery threads.

How long till I receive my order?

U.S. iPhone cases and prints will take about 1-2 weeks to receive. Regarding international orders, expect 2-4 weeks.

Depending on the clothing item, it can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped, considering it is handmade to order. Regarding international orders, expect longer.
