If you need to make a return, we accept unused, unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

We cannot accept returns on final sale items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.

How Should I Wash My Clothing?

To keep your ONE11 items looking their best, follow these care instructions:

• All items: Turn inside out before washing.
• Puff print & embroidered designs: Wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or brighteners.
  Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
• Items with metal zippers: Avoid machine washing, as zippers can snag embroidery or printed designs. Hang wash for best results.

How Long Until I Receive My Order?

• On-hand items: Ship within 2-5 days.
• Pre-order items: Take 5-6 weeks to ship.
• International orders: Typically take 1.5-2 weeks.
